The success of the project depends on the joint efforts of all colleagues. Here, I have three expectations for you:

First, unified understanding, let go of inertia. ERP online means that many original operating habits need to be changed, processes need to be standardized, approval needs to be marked, and data needs to be accurate. Please don't take it as an "extra burden", but understand that this is a tool for everyone's work results to be seen and quantified.

The second is to take the initiative to invest and actively cooperate. ERP covers the whole chain of sales, procurement, production, warehouse and finance. Any link falling off the chain will affect the overall situation. The heads of departments should personally grasp, and key users should participate in the whole process to ensure that the system configuration and actual business are not biased.

The third is to ensure quality assurance and manage the source. ERP has an old saying: "High quality in, high quality out." No matter how powerful the system is, the inaccurate data entered has no value. Everyone is responsible for their own data to ensure that every document and every field are true and credible.
